"Art is a collaboration between God and the artist
And the less the artist does the better."
Andre Gide
Semantics
Language is a proxy
For thoughts feelings and ideas
Thus words have meaning
But only just so
From one man's lips
To another man's ears
Meaning is often lost
A casualty of interpretation
So do not get caught up
In semantics
Look instead
To the spirit Behind the words
Where True Meaning is found
≠
Is an ounce of silver
Equal to an ounce of gold
Have they the same value
Have they the same volume
No
You can only match them
On any one scale
By utterly unmatching them
On every other
And if this is True
For the simple elements
Then how much more so
Must it be True
For the Human Element
